D1.1 Sets of teaching materials for three university teaching courses / European Union studies

Sets of teaching materials for three university teaching courses in terms of the project: 1) Environmental policy and legislation of the European Union; 2) Environmental project management in the European Union; and 3) Environmental communication: the European Union strategies and approaches. The teaching materials will include syllabuses, presentations of lectures, and manuals for students (e-format, in Ukrainian), including reading lists with relevant EU official documents, guides and recommendations, analytical reports and scientific publications.

D1.2 Set of teaching materials and agenda of the Jean Monnet Summer School on EU environmental management and communication

Set of teaching materials and agenda of the Jean Monnet Summer School on EU environmental management and communication for Ukrainian policy makers, civil servants and civil society representatives. The materials will include agenda, presentations of lectures/reports, materials of case studies and role-playing tasks (e-format, in Ukrainian), and a reading list of relevant EU documents, guides and recommendations, analytical reports and scientific publications (on paper and in electronic form, in English and in Ukrainian).

D1.3 Peer-reviewed articles, and reports at scientific conferences

Three peer-reviewed research articles (in English) and six reports at scientific conferences (in English and in Ukrainian) will be delivered in terms of the project on different aspects of EU environmental policy, management and communication and its urgency and applicability for Ukraine. The Chair holder Prof. Yakymenko will coordinate the research; all team members will be involved. The project team will stimulate the students / learners involvement into the research. The research also will rely on close collaboration of the project team with colleagues from other European universities.

D1.4 Website of the project

The website of the project will provide online promotion and visibility of the Chair activities and results. The sections of the website will present the Chair timetable, announcements and agenda of all planning events and activities, teaching and supporting materials for the university teaching courses and for Jean Monnet Summer School, presentations and videos of the Chair activities, EU relevant documents, analytical reports and research publications. The website will also provide visibility of EU funding of the project through the relevant logo and description of the project.
